Krishna born and
grew up in the lap of Mount. Ganesh Himal (7406m). He entered in Nepalese
adventure tourism in 2001 after completion of his study and has leaded the
trekkers from all over the world.
He started his
trekking career as a porter from 2001. Since then, he has climbed and
guided classical trekking in Nepal. His guiding experience in the Greater
Himalayan Range includes Everest Region, Annapurna Region, Langtang and Ganesh
Himal Region many times. He is an expert on Homestay Trekking – a newly
developed concept of rural and less touristic trekking in remote villages of
Nepal Himalayas.
Apart from involvement in
Nepalese tourism sector, he has directly involved in different social
organizations and has conducted different comunity based programs.
Currently, he is an Executive Secretary in Porters’ Progress, Nepal – a non
profit and non government social organization that advocates for trekking
and Himalaya expedition porters’ fair wages under practising labor laws and
policies of Nepal.
