Rupina La Pass Trekking lies in the lower part of Manaslu region of Gorkha District. It is at the elevation of 4,610m. This Trekking is less touristy area of Nepal Himalayas lies on the Manaslu region. Rupina La Pass Trek was officially open to tourist in 1991. It is really interesting pass of Lower Manaslu Trekking region. This Trekking is challenging and difficult trekking pass of Lower Manaslu region of Nepal. So, very less Trekkers are success for trekking even though it is very beautiful and interesting. Rupina La Pass is not so high pass but discovered as the most dangerous pass of Nepal. Rupina La Pass Trekking
This trekking start from Gorkha Bazar, the headquarter of Gorkha District. Rupina La Pass Trekking cross the Rupina-La (4610m) and Larkey pass (5250m) and descend to the Marshyangdi River and further trek down to Besisahar from where we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350M/4425FT) (A)
Showing your name board, our airport representative waits in Kathmandu International Airport (TIA).
You transfer to hotel, check in and free time. Have enjoy!
Day 2: Trip Final Preperation in Kathmandu (A,B)
In the morning, generally at 8 am, Eco-friendly Treks staff come to meet you at your hotel. Please manage to be there at lobby with:
(a) your original passport to prepare necessary adventure eco
holiday permit/s from the concerned authority,
(b) a couple of same passport size photos for permit/s and,
(c) Trip final full payment. The staff introduce you with your trip guide at the same time. You have time to interact with your guide, he may check and suggest your trip equipmment and packing for the trip on your interest, please tell us if you like this. The rest of the day, you may buy or hire additional equipment and packing (if necessary). Then, you rest for acclimatization and final preperation for the trip. If you like any additional program for the day, please inform us at the time of mail corresponding.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Gorkha 6 hrs. Naraysower 2 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
Kathmandu to Gorkha by bus 6 hours and then 2 hours walked to Naraysower and then overnight at tent camp.
Day 4: Naraysower – Kayraghari 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It takes 6-7 hours walking from Naraysower to Kayraghari and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 5: Kayraghari – Baluwa 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Kayraghari to Baluwa and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 6: Baluwa – Barpak 5-6 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 5-6 hours walking from Baluwa to Barpak and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 7: Barpak to Barkhe Gotha 6-7hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Barpak to Barkhe Gotha and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 8: Barkhe Gotha – Bheri Gotha 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Barkhe Gotha to Bheri Gotha and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 9: Bheri Gotha – Rupina La Phedi 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Bheri Gotha to Rupinala Phedi and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 10: Acclimatization day (A,B,L,D)
Rest day and then overnight at Tent camp in same place.
Day 11: Rupina La Phedi – Rupina La Pass – Israel Camp (4610M/15111FT) 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Rupinala Phedi to Israel Camp via Rupinala Pass (4610m,) and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 12: Israel Camp – Jungle Camp 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Israel Camp to Jungle Camp and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 13: Jungle Camp – Jungle Camp 6-7 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 6-7 hours walking from Jungle Camp to Jungle Camp and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 14: Jungle Camp – Philim 4-5 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 4-5 hours walking from Jungle Camp to Philim Gaun and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 15: Philim – Dovan 5 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 5 hours walking from Philim to Dovan and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 16: Dovan – Machhakhola 5 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 5 hours walking from Dovan to Machhakhola and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 17: Machhakhola – Soti Khola 5 hrs. (A,B,L,D)
It is 5 hours from Machhakhola to Soti khola and then overnight at Tent Camp.
Day 18: Soti Khola – Kathmandu 8-9 hrs. (A,B,L)
From Soti khola to Kathmandu 8-9 hours driving and then overnight at selected Hotel.
Day 19: Leisure at Kathmandu (A,B)
Day 20: Departure to your home or extend your trip. (B)
