Both of our general and trekking staffs are well paid
by the company.
We also provide other incentives
and facilities such as one month paid holiday in a year, festival allowances, tour allowance
and provident fund deduction. We have further following facilitations for our trekking
crews and office staffs to create optimal motivation so that we believe tourism services
to you optimize from our side through motivated staffs:

Staff Insurance - All the field staffs are
insured against accidents in the course of tours and trekking.

Share distribution to staffs
- In near future, we are going to develop policy on selling shares to our
permanent staffs. We believe that staffs will more active and greater devotion
on company's services with this decision.

Use of local manpower, resources and products: We are
motivated in using local manpower, resources and products while conducting all
trips such as easy tours, hiking, trekking peak climbing, mountaineering and
expeditions in the Himalayas. We encourage
village tourism
and use of maximum local products for consumption during all our tour operations.
We are
environmentally also very conscious. Use
of wood for cooking is strictly discouraged. We try to minimize the consumption
of canned, bottled and plastic covered foods. When used, the cans bottles and plastic
stuffs are re-cycled or properly disposed so that there is minimum impact on environment.
Over
the years Eco-friendly Trekking have received many unsolicited letters of thanks

testimonials from the thousands of people
who have been on our tours and it is apparent that people regard these tours not
only a holiday, but also as the experience of a lifetime! This is the
"Eco-friendly philosophy".
Tax Clearance
We have maintained very transparent books of account for which a qualified professional
has been hired to do this. A government approved tax auditor prepares the Income Statement
and Balance Sheet at the end of each fiscal year. On the basis of which, we pay
25% Income tax and 1.5% special tax on net income to the government. Until now, we
have cleared all the taxes and also paid advance tax for the running fiscal year
2006/2008.
